NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to §1-13.5-513(6), C.R.S., that,

at the close of business on March 3, 2025, there were not more candidates

for director than offices to be filled, including candidates filing affidavits

of intent to be write-in candidates; therefore, the election to be held on

May 6, 2025 is hereby canceled.

The following candidates are hereby declared elected:

Jonathan Baker (2 year term) Until May 2027

David Donahue (2 year term) Until May 2027

Andrew Bussa (4 year term) Until May 2029

Jamison Cleaver (4 year term) Until May 2029
